In my role as a PSW, I provide hands-on care and support to individuals who may be elderly, recovering from illness, or living with disabilities. I assist with personal hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and light housekeeping. I also monitor for any changes in health or behavior and report those to nurses or supervisors. Most importantly, I build trust and relationships that help improve my clients’ quality of life.
