I run children's programs based on the Reggio system of education. This allows the child to be extremely creative and expressive. The system is less structured than the school environment. I run a program called L'tellier for children aged 18 months to 3 years old. This program is on a Tuesday and a Thursday. The Baby Time program runs on a Wednesday for children from birth to 18 months old. I then take care of the school aged children from ages 5-12 years old from 2-6pm daily.

• Each day I was assigned different students to work with. Some students had special needs for example a Down's syndrome student or a Cerebral Palsy student, Autism and behavioural students.

• Whatever other responsibilities like recess supervision, conflict resolution and assisting teachers in their daily preparations that were assigned I did as required.
