I am an Italian-born professional, raised in Italy, with experience working in both corporate and in-store roles across luxury and fast fashion brands.
In Italy, working as a District Manager for the Calzedonia Group, I oversaw the performance of 7 stores within my region. In this role, I led diverse teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and ensured the successful execution of company goals across multiple locations. This taught me to manage store operations effectively, optimize sales, and maintain high service standards.
My work with luxury brands developed my ability to uphold brand integrity and deliver exceptional customer service, while my experience with fast fashion brands honed my agility and responsiveness to rapidly changing trends.
In 2023, I relocated to Montreal, where I began working with Gucci, managing a team of 12 sales associates. This experience allowed me to deepen my expertise in the luxury sector and further develop my leadership skills. Managing a team of this size taught me how to motivate and guide individuals, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
I greatly enjoyed being part of a brand with a strong heritage, where I could implement strategic initiatives and ensure that the customer experience aligned with the company’s values.
After my time at Gucci, I joined Alo Yoga for the growth opportunity and the challenge of opening a brand new store in Montreal. Managing a team of 20 people in this exciting launch phase was both rewarding and demanding. It gave me the chance to lead a large team, set up operational structures, and create a dynamic, customer-focused environment from the ground up.
