Business Development Representative – Corporate Branding & Promotional Products

Power Print is a fast growing Canadian provider of promotional products, branded apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, commercial printing, signage, and corporate branding solutions. We help businesses, government organizations, schools, hotels, healthcare providers, construction companies, and non-profit organizations strengthen their brands through high-quality customized products and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who is passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and helping organizations find the right branding solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and experience with CRM tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion while developing your professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers

• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions that align with client objectives

• Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies

• Follow up on leads and quotations to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through order completion.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions clearly

• Represent Power Print professionally at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (promotional products, printing, apparel, uniforms, signage, or related industries preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics for lead generation and brand positioning

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting in-person client visits.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation will be based on experience and may include a competitive base salary plus commission.
