I am an educated Fitness and Health professional with a tremendous passion for improving people's health. As a leader in the athletic industry, I have also developed youth athletic programs and worked with many youth populations, and continue to learn and improve my expertise in the area of clients chronic conditions .

Over the years I have developed youth athletic programs and worked with many youth populations as well as coached many children .

Bachelors Degree in Psychology in addition to a Fitness and Health promotion ontario college diploma .
