• Responsible for opening and closing the store, including activating and deactivating store alarms.
• Responsible for counting and reconciling cash registers and float at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Performing daily safe checks.
• Operating the cash register and point-of-sale system, exercising supervisor functions on the POS as needed.
• Managing transactions and the cash register.
• Working with the store team to restock store shelves, barrels, vats, buckets, and displays.
• Facilitating and assisting in receiving orders from the Distribution Centre and orders delivered directly to the store by suppliers, including verifying expiration dates of received products.
• Preparing and making the daily deposit at the nearest TD bank.
• Submitting daily documents to Head Office.

• Assigning breaks to staff in accordance with Company policies.

• Ensuring the store is clean at all times by following cleaning schedules and completing all tasks listed therein, including but not limited to: floors, barrels, shelving, windows, utensils, bathroom, exterior and interior of the store.
