I have over 11 years of experience in security - from small banquet halls and bars to convention centers and large outdoor events. I have also worked alongside with major corporations like Nike and Footlocker - responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff. My skills specialize in monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
I have been trained to identify suspicious behavior, respond to incidents of theft or vandalism, and assist in emergency situations. With my strong communication skills, I often interact with customers, providing assistance and addressing any concerns to enhance the overall shopping experience. I am very keen to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
