Alice Douplik

Hello! My name is Alice Douplik and I am looking to enter the Event planning industry. I am interested in all aspects of the field and am looking for new opportunities. I have experience in customer service through retail, and have managed university sports team in which I participated in event planning and budget management.

I have also a long history in sport coaching which have taught me people and conflict resolution skills. I am looking to help in whichever way I can and build connections within the field.

As mentioned in my biography, I have experience in event management in university sports team management. In terms of professional experience, I have accumulated 4 years working in the retail industry by working at Club Monaco and Athleta. I have worked as a figure skating coach for the Parks and Recreation Ministry of Toronto and Skate Canada since 2015. I have participated in freelance work helping in event management at university conferences and figure skating events at different clubs.

I am currently a university student at the Toronto metropolitan University and am currently pursuing a science based degree. While my major is in science, I have discovered through my years of work in retail and sports management that I have a true passion for people and event management which I would like to explore.
