I am a Personal Support Worker, cur working with Champlain Long Term Care. My job is taking care of vulnerable or elderly people. Taking care of their personal hygien, bathing, grooming, lifting, transferring, putting them on their beds and everything vulnerable or elderly people need like administering meal or drink.
As a Personal support worker, I am able to demonstrate character traits such as empathy, honesty, flexibility and the ability to provide warm encouragement and compassion to those people who need this.
