Alicia Trach

I am a experienced registered HCA. I treat all clients like family. My strongest skill is the ability is to connect with my clients.

I have experience in private care, which included bathing, charting, feeding, operating lifts, dressing , cooking, maintaining autonomy and dignity daily. During my practicum I had worked in facilities. I prefer the one on one time that I get with one client. I also like to treat my clients a little bit with a Friday dinner or lunch where I will pay out of pocket and order in something that they really enjoy if permitted.

I attended CDI College and received my diploma. I did 6 weeks of practicum. I was also raised around my uncle who is mentally challenged. I grew up to have lot of empathy and compassion. I'm also a mother of four so I have a lot of patience.
