Allison Gross

I’m currently studying Fashion at Humber College, combining creativity, style, and business with real-world experience in high-energy hospitality environments. Born and raised in Barrie, I spend my summers bartending in Muskoka at The Kee to Bala, where I’ve developed strong customer service, multitasking, and leadership skills in fast-paced settings.

I also have extensive experience working in nightlife and event environments, including bottle service at top clubs in Barrie and VIP services at major music festivals such as VELD, Boots and Hearts, and Osheaga. These roles have strengthened my ability to provide premium guest experiences while staying calm, organized, and professional under pressure.

I thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and pride myself on being reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Whether I’m behind the bar, in VIP service, or working on fashion projects, I bring confidence, energy, and a strong work ethic to everything I do. I’m known for my positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
