I am an MBA graduate, have experience in the banking sector for more than 4 years. Talking about my latest one, I had been working as a credit counselor under the client account management team for CIBC.
Worked as a credit counselor where I developed debt repayment plans with clients, negotiated with creditors to reduce debt burdens. I also educated them on personal finance, budgeting habits and financial literacy skills. I collaborated with all the partners to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and compliance requirement.
