As an Environmental Management student, I have developed a strong foundation in environmental science, policy, and management. With a passion for sustainable development and natural resource conservation, I am dedicated to creating innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges.
Through my coursework, independent studies, and volunteer work, I have gained experience in conducting an environmental assessment, developing and implementing sustainability plans, and analyzing environmental policies.
Additionally, I possess strong communication and teamwork skills, allowing me to effectively communicate complex environmental concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. As an aspiring environmental professional, I am committed to making positive impacts on the environment and Society.
Completed a Bachelor of Science - in Marine Biology. Currently completing a Master of Environmental Management at the University of New Brunswick.
My dream job would be working outdoors in the community leading events and educating community members on conservation and ecology.
Aqualeaders (current): working remotely to educate other young professionals on the federal and provincial legislations surrounding aquatic Facilities.
Canada Games Aquatic Centre (3 years): conducted safety training for staff, executed multiple projects, and conducted Safety Inspections and Audits.
Tamaracouta Scout Reserve (2 years): Created and Lead an ecology program for elementary and high school level students.
I hold a Bachelors in Marine Biology obtained through the University of New Brunswick, A minor in Both ecology and Psychology. During my bachelors I completed Two Independent studies with Stephen Turnbull, Attended Dalhousie's SEASIDE summer program and UNB's Marine Semester.
