My background includes leading projects in CRM, paid media, content strategy, and UX design, always guided by data and emotional storytelling. I've worked with a wide range of clients in Brazil, the U.S., and Canada, helping businesses grow by aligning audience needs with brand goals. I'm passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences and building strategies that connect.
I hold a degree in Journalism with additional certifications in UX Design, Digital Marketing, and Project Management. I completed a comprehensive UX Design program at EBAC, where I developed skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. My education has been guided by a strong focus on human-centered design, accessibility, and digital strategy.
