Responsible for building custom user interfaces and adding new features to the Ejara app; which enables users to buy/sell cryptocurrencies and invest through local/global payment providers.
- Built custom and responsive user interfaces to create better experiences for users

- Refactored the Ejara Pro version to meet the standard Flutter/Dart guidelines (Using state management and testing)

OPEN-SOURCE EXPERIENCE
1. GNOME Foundation - California, United States - December 2020 to March 2021 Software Engineering Intern
Responsible for completing the integration between GNOME’s Translation Editor and Damned Lies during a 3-month remote internship organized by the Outreachy program and sponsored by the GNOME Foundation.
- Added two features to GNOME’s Translation Editor (TE) to enable users to upload translation files and reserve translation modules directly from the Translation Editor (TE). I achieved this by integrating TE with a web platform called Damned Lies, following GNOME’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
- Collaborated with senior developers to design and build a REST API using Python/Django for integration.
- Wrote a help guide and two blog posts to enable users to understand the new features implemented.

Co-organizer and Women Techmakers Ambassador
Responsible for providing visibility, community, and resources for women in technology, to help them grow, lead, and thrive in the tech industry.
- Built a vibrant female tech community with over 200 women who support each other
- Successfully organized over 15 tech events such as International Women’s Day, Google I/O Extended, and DevFest to elevate women in the Buea community; provide professional development, and offer networking opportunities.
- Collaborated with startup incubators, local universities, and developer groups to plan, budget, organize, and report events that foster gender diversity within the local tech ecosystem.
