I am Canadian Certified Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine and Pain management MD.
After completing CCFP board designation, I did complete Hospital Medicine training.
I hold Diploma certification in Pain Medicine, completed after Hospital Medicine training.
I work on rotation basis with different teams, solving wide range of complicated conditions.
I am a member of the Canadian Academy of Pain Management and The Canadian Academy of Family Medicine.
In Canada the integral physician who provides care and treatment for patients with wide range of conditions and different age groups are Family Medicine Specialists.
we are also enrolled with the consult groups regarding patients with serious, complicated conditions and ailments.
On my routine daily duty in the clinic or the hospital, I perform thorough history taking, physical examination, addressing differential diagnosis, performing or requesting diagnostic tests, reaching solid diagnoses, prescribing treatment, concluding annual physical examinations, screening tests and administering vaccinations.
As well as educating patients about disease prevention and health maintenance we are responsible for follow-up care and assessment in regards to complicated conditions.
I do have experience in Family Medicine education, CCFP board exam preparation and multiple CCFP research pearls courses.
I am assigned as a preceptor for International Medical Graduates at Spring Medical and Red Deer Regional.
