Hi my name is Amit Thakur. I completed my Btech in India and started working in customer-facing roles. I have an experience of 5 years as a versatile consultant in the customer engagement field. I recently completed 2 Grad Certificates in Global Business Management and Marketing Management.
I have worked in 2 different companies in the past, which I have mentioned in my resume in detail. My first company was Mindscape computing Pvt Ltd, where we had a product called Olabi for POS, inventory management, warehouse management, replenishment of products, etc. I was responsible for the onboarding of the customers, software training, and implementation.
I handled many renowned customers like Mango, Underarmor, and Timex. The second company I worked for was Estuate Softwares Pvt ltd. I worked for one of the clients, Zendesk. The task was to migrate the data for the customers from the old software to the new one and provide a seamless transition.
I handled more than 500 customers and tracked their progress by using Monday.com. For both companies, I monitored the essential KPIs for customer success and experience and did the upselling and cross-selling where ever I got the opportunity to do the same.
