Project lead on three research projects with budgets ranging from $70k to $7M+.
Supervised teams of up to three Research Assistants per project.
Responsible for developing study documents and working with the Research Ethics Board (REB) to ensure projects are ethically sound and participant safety is prioritized.
Successfully recruited 1600+ participants across projects, and managed participant data via REDCap and Master Linking Logs (MLLs).
Interviewed study participants, and thematically analyzed interview data guided by the Framework Method and leading knowledge translation frameworks, including the Theoretical Domains Framework and the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research.
