Licensed Calgary & area REALTOR® for twelve years dedicated to exceeding real estate expectations of buyer and seller clients through all phases of residential real estate transactions. Appraised Agricultural property including bareland, country residential, acreages and equestrian facilities
Wrote full narratives, desktop appraisals and benchmark appraisals using the Cost Approach and Direct Comparison Approach for both current and retrospective values
Inspected rural properties ranging from 20 acres to over 1,000; including small acreages with a variety of improvements, bareland quarter sections, to large contiguous land parcels
