Public Service and Procurement Canada, Digital Services Branch, Digital Projects and Oversight Directorate (DPOD) - Junior Business Analyst 2020- 2021

• For 1 year I provided support to clients, as a team member, and instructional sessions, as a team lead. The goals of our project team was to administer the rollouts of new products from the Office 365 suite software package to multiple branches/teams across the government. Was awarded the Client Service Award at PSPC, in recognition of contribution to service excellence and client service orientation.

• For 2 years, acted as a Laborer and assisted in managing the clerical/admin work for multiple flip project expense reports (i.e. Balance sheets, income statements, statement of Cash flows).

• For 3-4 years, created lesson plans and taught swimming/lifesaving lessons at all levels of the curriculum. Also developed a high level of public relations, communication and instructional skills.

My main focus during my time in school was finace, but I switched to marketing before graduating.
