I am an Urban Planner with four years of experience in drafting, design, and data interpretation. I hold an MPL in Urban Development from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s with honors in Urban Studies from York University. I am proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and other planning software, with a strong track record in applying municipal policies and fostering stakeholder relationships. Adept at enhancing urban environments and supporting strategic planning initiatives.
I bring a diverse background in urban planning, design, and customer service. At CBRE in Toronto, I managed landowner databases, conducted research on properties and transit initiatives, and oversaw digital map archives. As a Graduate Assistant for Urban Planning, I taught conceptual drawing and graphic skills to students while training them in project communication technologies.
My freelance work as a Computer Aided Drafter involved creating and revising engineering sketches and construction drawings. At the City of Toronto, I researched and proposed Solar PV systems to enhance environmental sustainability. Previously, I worked at America Fujikura Ltd. as a Computer Aided Drafter, collaborating on high-rise site development and design proposals.
At Toronto Metropolitan University, I compled a Master of Planning (MPL) in Urban Development, where I received the Toronto Metropolitan Graduate Fellowship and was invited to apply for SSHRC and Canada Graduate Scholarships. My key projects include a Major Research Paper on aging-in-place, walkability, and weather constraints, and an analysis of urban rooftop farming. In addition, I have earned a B.A. with Honors in Urban Studies from York University.
