•Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
•Ensure the maintenance of the highest standard of hygiene and safety.
•Plan staffing schedules and ensure adequate staff coverage. Implement staff Rota including meal breaks, day off etc.
•Meet sale goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sale staff.
•Insure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
•Review stock levels and initiate requisitions, stocks replenishment, inventory counts and get feedback from the sales team.
•Assist in timely stock taking and undertake any paperwork that will be required for the stock transfer.
•Complete store administration ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
•Assisting Brand Manager and Visual Merchandiser in the implementation of the VM Plans and maintaining outstanding store condition and store merchandising standards.
•Report on buying trends and customer needs profit etc.
•Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
•Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
•Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Timely response for customer feedback and timely implementation of suggestion.
•Be shining example of well behavior and high performance.
•Ensure merchandise inspection on receipt shortage, damage and correction.
