Building Super or Assistant

30 years working in high rise Building with expertise in maintenance, tenant relations, and property management.

• Conduct regular inspections of the property, including common areas, hallways, exterior areas, garbage areas, lighting, fencing, walkways, and other Corporation-maintained components. Compactor room.
• Build positive tenant relations and communications.
• Rent vacant units and collect rents.
• Assist with the move in and move out of tenants.
• Monitor building activities.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, logging, etc.
• Perform basic building repairs in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Perform seasonal work as required such as gardening, snow removal (shoveling and salting).
• Understand and comply with health and safety practices, work instructions and procedures, as established through the Q Residential Corporate Compliance Policy.
