I have over 10 years of experience in Project Management at large companies, including RBC. I have also opened up and managed my own business which was very successful and was sold at a profit. I decided to become a stay at home mom for a few years and am now ready to re-enter the work force. I am an extremely hard working, self motivated and excellent communicator.
I worked in a very fast paced and demanding position as a Project Manager at RBC which involved collaborating with cross functional groups where I was responsible for holding stakeholders accountable to tasks and actions and report on statuses to the highest levels of management depending on the project. This entailed working with various groups across the bank to help solve problems as they arose ensuring that the highest level of professionalism is maintained through each interaction.
