I am currently positioned as a Lead Auditor in Flipkart pvt ltd with strong knowledge in all phases . As a qualified internal auditor with eight years' experience of working in risk management , Internal , External audit and SOX Compliance which involves requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and implementation. Having worked across multiple partners and clients. I am fully adept at all aspects of the job.
Besides, developing and managing workflows, creating and implementing new business solutions, and coordinating with multiple IT and Infosec teams. I am also well abreast in training and supervising new employees in maintaining the databases and producing professional reports.
● Independent evaluation of management systems and internal controls to provide reasonable assurance that they are working effectively and assurance that they are working effectively and in compliance with laws and regulations as applicable.
● Responsible for CX compliance across OSPs and Inhouse network in accordance with SOPs laid down by Flipkart
● Infosec/IT , Closely working with Infosec team and others cross functional departments and drive activities ontime.
● Creating audit engagement plans based on the risk and its impact on the organization and presents the finding and proposes recommendations that deal with root cause issues and impact to the organization leadership.
My years of experience have enabled me to see all the moving parts of the project and communicate clearly with the Partners. In addition, I have strong analytical, multi-tasking and comprehension skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail and work efficiently. I am hardworking, self-motivated, and focused. I maintain a pleasant and friendly attitude when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
