I am Ankit Kukadiya, I have completed graduation from Mechanical engineering in Gujarat technological university. Now, I am doing work as an Assembly engineer in Hysus company.

➢ Supervised as well as coordinated activities of workers engaged in assembling machine parts.

➢ Coordinates with team members, components, and equipment schedules to build adequate quantities of products to meet customer demand.

➢ Communicate with team members and suppliers on various issues.

➢ Leads or participates with teams to improve the working environment and product throughput, and most importantly raise the level of awareness and continuous improvement.

➢ Monitor group performance measurements and act as a catalyst to support improvement activities to achieve the established improvement goals. Create new documents such as trend charts, tool changelogs, etc.

➢ Recommended and implemented measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.

➢ Set up appropriate quality control inspections, delivered units to testing, and ensured any problems found during the testing process were corrected.
