Anmol Chahal

I am a full-time student pursuing a BA in Law and Society at the University of Calgary. Currently I am working as a Floor Supervisor at Chalo Frescho, a Ethnic Grocery store. My responsibilities include managing cashiers, since I am in charge of overseeing their work, ensuring they follow right processes, and offering direction and comments as needed.

Here and then I train new cashiers on cash handling procedures, customer service, and any other policies and procedures that are relevant to their role. Most importantly, my work ensures that clients are greeted in a polite and professional manner, and that any concerns or complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.

As a floor supervisor, I have extensive experience in managing teams and providing excellent customer service. I have worked with customers both in-person and over the phone, and I am skilled in resolving customer issues and providing support.

As a 2022 high school graduate, I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Calgary. I have a strong academic background, and I am passionate about learning and exploring new ideas.
