● Deliver exceptional service and experience to our retail store customers across the network of PC Financial pavilions located in Loblaw retail banners
● Approach customers confidently and enthusiastically to promote and sell a variety of products and services (PC Optimum, PC Financial Mastercard, PC Money account, PC Optimum Insiders)
● Build relationships with customers and offer them need-based financial products including opening accounts
