I am a UX/UI Designer and Researcher, currently based in Canada. My work is characterized by being minimalistic and user-centered. I am passionate about making everything beautiful and meaningful for users. Skilled in different programs, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Miro, MS Office, HTML and CSS. As a self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative person, I work equally well within a team environment as I do independently.

UX/UI Designer (Volunteer) Aug - Sept 2021

Syntax, Toronto, ON

• Designed three prototypes for SAP Fiori applications, using Figma.
• Learned SAP Fiori design principles to build applications.
• Worked closely with developers and stakeholders to discuss different design changes and new solutions for the apps.

The Connected One, Toronto, ON

• Provided the design feedback and solution for the current website and newsletters.
• Made wireframes for the web homepage in Figma to make it more attractive.
• Helped with navigation bar (Information Architecture) to make it more user-friendly.
• Designed welcome letters for The Connected One Co. and for the branch Profectio.

Humber College, Toronto, ON

• Designed an AR experience with reality composer to explain basic Interface Components. 
• Created a new Group Watch feature for Netflix (Methods used competitive analysis, interviews, surveys, affinity diagram, personas, journey maps, taskflow, wireframes, and prototypes). 
• Designed a support bot for the BMO app, after interviewing seniors to build their confidence using mobile banking. (Tools used: Figma, Miro and VoiceFlow).
• Designed new mobile Ontario Covid-19 Vaccination application: within six weeks designed four interactive prototypes with potential solutions to the design problem: paper prototype, high fidelity prototype, voice-based prototype, experience prototype. (Tools used: Marvel app, Invision, Figma, VoiceFlow)

LLC Programming Product, Russia

• Monitored and controlled 5 projects simultaneously, including risks, issues, and planning.
• Liaised between project team members and developers to resolve daily problems associated with the project function.
• Worked with stakeholders to understand their goals and requirements.
• Coached 4 Project Administrators and solidified the process for onboarding new mentees into the project. 
• Created technical documentation and 3 supportive guidelines for end-users, which helped to improve the working process and decreased time spent on explaining the software program to users. 

LLC SGC-Automatization, Russia

• Collaborated with the financial department to develop the budget for a Project Manager (MS Excel and 1C program).
• Monitored all project activities and produced status reports, comparing actual outcomes with target outcomes.
• Prepared Excel spreadsheets, reports, and PowerPoint decks for 50+ meetings between cross-functional team members.
• Improved communication efficiency as primary liaison between departments, clients and vendors.
