Knowledge of the main theories and main currents of thought in pedagogy for learning techniques for the care and education of children aged 12 and under and a whole range of knowledge and adapted techniques acquired to meet the needs of this clientele in the fields of intervention and programming of activities.
Ability to prepare and lead an educational program focused on the motor, intellectual, social, creative and emotional development of the child also with special needs (e.g autism spectrum disorder and Social Behaviour and Sensory/Motor Development).
Skill to plan, carry out and evaluate training and education actions intended for adults in various practice settings. Fundamental knowledge of the andragogical approach in education and training.
Skills of the main theories and main currents of thought in adult education, andragogy, psychology, sociology and educational technology, in order to intervene professionally and with discernment with adults in a learning situation.
Skill of adult learning and mastery of training strategies adapted to adults in these fields of intervention: training in the workplace, education and vocational training in educational institutions, and popular and socio-community education.
Experienced in consultation and teaching adults. (long-term school supply for kindergarten, secondary and adults).
