Antonella Monroy

I have worked in the customer service industry for 20 years. From starting in the entertainment food industry to the retail industry, I have exemplary skills in communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, merchandising, loss prevention and KPIs. I've worked from a seasonal sales associate to a senior store manager position in my whole working career.

I am currently enrolled at Trios College for Accounting and Payroll, which I will graduate from in September 2026. I also have my first aid certification and my CanSell certificate.

I operated a Spencer's Gifts in Hamilton for 14 years. My location won an award for making the quarterly sales in 2010, I also had very low turnover rates at the locations I ran. I made a move to Victoria's secret in 2023 to operations manager to the store manager and in 2025 stepped down from that role to pursue Accounting and payroll specialist career.

Currently enrolled at Trios college for Accounting and payroll specialist, to graduate 2026.
