Well Completions and Well Interventions Engineer
Strong technical knowledge, focused on HSSE and well integrity, understanding of different cultures and experience within Operator and within Service Company environment. A team player with a unique combination of experience, including cost estimation, cost tracking, cost reduction and continuous improvement. Design and implementation of QA/QC systems, specifically applied to downhole equipment inspection and installation; make up check lists, lessons learned and best practices, Factory Acceptance Test of equipment and Systems Integration Testing; making sure that well conditions are understood and the equipment is suitable for those conditions. Synergy on Non-Conformance Reports and root cause analysis. Cost estimation and tracking.
A hand on experience on program preparation, planning, contracting, logistics, development and execution of drilling, completion, well intervention and well testing operations offshore and onshore. Experience being contract holder; participating in the biding process, specifying technical requirements. Business Performance Reviews, capturing and analyzing NPT’s, new technologies, process and equipment standardization. Expert engineer, with 26 years of experience in well engineering; completion and intervention. Experience in Canada, USA, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina and Qatar.
