• Engage in outreach, partnership development, and participate in community networking and hiring events
• Introduce employment services and programs to new employers, conduct site visits Organize and promote hiring events and networking events to connect employers with job seekers
• Facilitate group workshops and seminars, collect surveys and feedback forms
• Provide one-on-one support/counseling regarding action plans, job search strategies, various job search tools, communications, interview preps, etc. 
• Ensure accurate and timely case noting in various internal and external systems
• Manage job postings, screening resumes, delivery qualified clients (job seekers) to employers, and follow ups
• Matching individuals with barriers, according to their skills and interests with employers and job opportunities
• Prepare and sign placement agreements with employers, negotiate salaries and conditions if needed
• Administer and follow through placement agreements with employers and job seekers, including monitors, timesheets and payments processing, ensure all documents are up to date and accurate 
• Support individuals with disabilities and connect them with appropriate job opportunities
• Provide job retention support and maintain proper documentation
