My primary responsibility as a Project Assistant revolves around conducting hydraulic analysis for gas and liquid pipelines. I utilize specialized software tools like Pipeline Manager and Pipeline Studio to configure these pipelines. These software solutions are integrated with real-time data through OPC interfaces, employing protocols such as OPC DA, OPC UA, and the OSI PI system. By simulating models based on real-time operating conditions, I ensure optimal pipeline performance.
Engaging in the entire project life cycle, I am involved in various tasks ranging from writing Functional Design Specifications to overseeing system commissioning, conducting customer training, and providing ongoing maintenance and support. My extensive training in Hydraulic Modelling and Pipeline Simulation Software, namely Pipeline Manager and Pipeline Studio, equips me with the necessary expertise to tackle complex projects. Worked on Leak detection system for various pipelines both Domestic (India) and International
PJPL: (The 274 km long pipeline from Kohand (Panipat), traversing through Nabha and terminating at Jalandhar, and has hook up of facilities with existing bottling plants at Kohand, Nabha and Jalandhar. This IndianOil's first LPG Pipeline was commissioned in 2008.
PGB: Working on Petronas gas pipeline project, which is having 2200km length, 5 supply stations, 106 delivery stations and 3 compressor stations. This is cross country pipeline which connects Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore countries.
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with an aggregate of CGPA 7.62/10 at R.V.R and J.C College of Engineering. In my bachelor's degree I exposed to subjects like Chemical Process Calculations, Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, and Chemical Reaction Engineering subjects helped me to understand the basic concepts of chemical engineering while the Process Dynamics & Controls and Process Simulation & Modelling enhanced my thought process in simulating and modelling a chemical process systems in industries.
