A Field Consultant ensures a Subway Franchisee functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. FC’s are responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising Franchisee management on possible risks.
FC’s role is to improving products and services for their franchisee by using advanced analytics with result oriented professional and always helping in organization’s to increasing sales, decreasing cost and increasing profitability.
•Establish operation strategy in a team for improving sales.
•Prepare data and information for making regular report data analysis
•Perform monthly audit for quality control and compliance standard of designated area
•Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
•Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in supportof national objectives.
•Maintains and expands customer base by counseling store sales representatives, building and maintaining rapportwith key stores identifying new customer opportunities
