I am QA Automation Engineer by profession with over 4+ years of experience.

Throughout my career, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Defect Life Cycle. I have hands-on experience with automation testing using tools such as Selenium and TestNG, as well as a strong understanding of API testing using Postman and the REST Assured Library. Additionally, I am proficient in creating and managing bespoke locators using XPath and CSS.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from Gujarat University, India.

In my current role at The Co-operators, I actively participate in the creation of automation systems using Java, Maven build tools, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG. I have been involved in end-to-end testing, regression testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, and ad-hoc testing on Guidewire Policy Center. I also work with MY SQL Developer for database testing, REST Assured/Postman for API testing, and SOAP UI for web services testing.

My responsibilities include using Jira for test case management, scheduling regression suites and daily smoke tests on Jenkins, and collaborating with team members to resolve application-related issues.

During my tenure at MOXASOFT, I worked extensively on test planning, test case development, and test procedure refinement for a financial application, with a specific focus on mortgage calculations. I conducted end-to-end and user acceptance testing, performed manual testing, and actively participated in agile methodologies. I created and executed SQL queries to verify data stored in the Oracle database, utilized JIRA for issue tracking, and contributed to daily status meetings with team members and managers.
