- Responding promptly to individuals in crisis, both inside and outside the building. This includes but is not limited to, addressing physical or mental health concerns, managing anger and aggression, handling interpersonal crises.
- Working to identify various crisis, meticulously minimizing harm to the individual and others, utilizing de-escalation skills, and assisting the individual in exploring healthy alternative options- are all skills I utilize on a daily basis.
- Data collection, and maintaining accurate client records in CCMS using FDARP Is a skill I have acquired.
- Common knowledge of Office 365, the HMIS datasystem, and FOODSAFE are all programs I am knowledgeable in.
- I hold current certification for the following skills: CPR/AED- Advanced, Trauma Informed Care, Mental Health First Aid, ASIST Suicide Intervention Training, Naloxone/Narcan training, food safe, FOIP, HMIS data system training.
