I started working in the hotel industry about 9 years ago as a guest services representative for The Econo Lodge Inn and suites, a Franchise hotel in rural Texas. I continued my hospitality career in San Diego for several years and worked at the Hacas Inn in Bamfield for the last year.

I remain calm under pressure, have strong problem-solving abilities and possess the communication skills needed to work with different types of personalities. I understand the pressure that comes from operating property's independently during my shift, so I thrive in almost any type of environment especially under pressure. I use these traits to handle escalations from guests when they arise and resolve all problems in a satisfactory manner.

Additionally, I am almost done completing my associates degree in Business Administration.
