• Phone Calls
• Monthly Billing Assistance
• Mailing and document handling

June 2022- December 2025

As a front desk agent, I am responsible for

• Checking guests in and out of the property
• Making reservations
• Handling cash
• Assisting guests with on-property needs (towel, toiletries)
• Problem Solving (broken appliances, emergency situations, guest conflicts, etc.)
• Stocking breakfast items and lobby amenities (juice and coffee machines, etc.)

As a Respite and Habilitation Provider, I am responsible for:

• Caring for special needs clients
• Modeling healthy behaviors
• Communicating with guardians
• Basic health, wellness, and hygiene skill training
• Preparing clients for real world situations
• Teaching social skills
