• Developed and reviewed load test methods to assess the structural integrity of lifting monorails and padeyes across 20+ platform locations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and load-testing requirements
• Conducted HVAC systems inspections across all levels of three platforms to verify installation quality and adherence to project standards
• Built an Excel Power Query database to streamline data retrieval, allowing project managers to efficiently track and analyze mechanical equipment progress across all platforms

• Managed over 2500 hydrostatic seat and shell tests on manual and actuated valves of varying types and sizes, ensuring quality control and abiding by safety procedures during testing
• Created an Excel tracker that would monitor the current stage of installation and testing status of 6437 valves intended to be installed across one of three oil platforms
• Developed an Excel-based tracker to monitor equipment calibration schedules and recurring monthly water tests, improving oversight and ensuring instruments were used within valid calibration periods
• Developed a Python program that organizes testing documents and utilizes an optical character recognition (OCR) module for extracting valve-related data from these documents
• Developed a relational database to store valve traits, estimated arrival times, and testing results, using queries within the database to forecast technician man-hours and identify high-demand testing equipment, preventing stock shortages for future tests
• Certified in supervising hydro and pneumatic tests for piping systems, demonstrating capability in using pressure recorders, gauges, and haskel pumps
