Autumn Kehler

A graduate student within the Fashion Marketing and Communications industry. Discovered my creative confidence from my education at The Visual College of Art and Design. I am passionate about fashion, sports, music, content creating that use Adobe, Canva, or any editing softwares that allow me to express my unique perspective. I get excited to work in team environments that involve hands on projects and interpersonal skills. I have strong speaking and leadership skills from competitive sports that give me a motivational drive. I am a believer in having a positive attitude and creating a fun and happy environment wherever I go. Building strong connections and collaborating with creative people is what I look forward to with my career.

Since 2019, I’ve been creating my own style bundles for customers who can’t afford the time or energy to find curated looks in a thrift store. I have been finding ways to reuse and create successful styled looks for all ages. Mostly through social media presence and networking I’ve been able to expand the business part-time over the years. Since my graduation in 2022 with a fashion diploma, I’ve been working on building my experience and discovering my own style. At my last job, I was able to work my way up from the grounds department with a great crew who I'm still close with today. My boss supported me in reaching some of my full potential. There was an accounting position available and he noticed my drive for career experience and decided to give me the opportunity. Even though I specialize in marketing, I wanted to prove to myself I could do anything I put my mind to if given the chance. That I would learn all angels for a profitable business. They took a chance on me and I was able to gain the expertise of an accounting and marketing assistant in the span of 9 months. Now I am continuing to build myself for my freelance business while sharing my passion for the fashion industry.

As a graduate from The Visual College of Art and Design with a diploma in Marketing and Merchandising for Fashion, I have been able to develop my passion for the fashion industry. I have been able to develop my interests in sustainable fashion, learned how to create and improve my business through branding and marketing, predicting trends, curating looks, events, product development, styling, and learning how to be the best version of myself. My education has given me a guide in this competitive industry. It taught me that the only way to compete is to be your authentic self. I found my passion and creative drive that utilizes my point of view whilst working with my team of peers in order to create an unforgettable experience.
