To Whom It May Concern:
I am extremely happy to tell you that I am close to conclude my marketing management diploma at BCIT, and it is time to start my professional path in Canada.
I have four years of experience in marketing, driving profit, and promoting products and services through marketing campaigns. I have conducted product research, established brand awareness, improved customer relations, and built long relationships with suppliers and key accounts.
During my period at British American Tobacco, a multinational company. I had the opportunity to lead a sales force team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction by changing planograms and communications at the point of purchase. Also, it allowed me to read sales records to detect KPIs and build strategies to create robust forecasts.
Moreover, I had the pleasure of doing marketing sponsorships in music festivals to create brand awareness, have the opportunity to interact with customers and develop customer relationships. All the experiences were elaborated on in a marketing activation full of brand key messages on each user touch point. I managed the distribution of products with the music festival organization and delivered the capacitation to staff members to ensure positive sales.
On the other hand, I had the opportunity to help a small business during the pandemic and have 30% more in revenue versus periods before the pandemic.
The lack of a competitive product portfolio and not doing e-commerce were key factors for its success. Everything started by rebranding the business by modifying the logo and concept of the place, amplifying the list of products, and making long-term supplier relationships. This contributed to decreased spending, improved quality, and customer satisfaction.
Once we had a solid structure, the business jumped into the digital world, and awareness and sales increased constantly online and offline.
Having this approach with a small business made me take my career path to the next stage. I am taking the marketing business administration diploma at BCIT to improve my marketing and management skills to improve productivity, analyze financial and sales reports, and lead advertising strategies.
Sincerely,
