I am an enthusiastic, ambitious Computer science graduate who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake .Also I’m having proven academic qualifications and professional qualification as well in the field of ”Computer Science”.
I’m currently working as a Middleware engineer (SWIFT) , providing 1st to 3rd level support to test/development teams and responsible in implementing production changes to ensure the infrastructure is updated and available
‣ A Computer Engineering graduate , having 2 bachelor's degrees in the fields of "computer science" and "electronics"
‣ 3+ years of working experience in the IT industry
‣ currently working in Middleware platforms and has experience in
‣ Having a good technical background in UNIX, Shell Scripting.
‣ Good experience in Incident & Problem Management ( ITIL Framework )
‣ Quick grasping power, Good learner and dedicated team player, ability to meet tight deadlines and Work under pressure.
‣ Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic team player with demonstrated proficiency for learning new tools and business environments.
