About
I have spent 20+ years working at the intersection of mathematics, language, and technology. I build AI systems that think in multiple languages, evaluate their own output, and adapt to real users. At NeuroLabs, I designed the full prompt architecture behind a cognitive learning platform — from content generation to speech feedback to multilingual switching.
Before that, I trained ChatGPT and Gemini at Outlier.ai, writing evaluation rubrics and testing reasoning chains for production use. I work well across research and product teams, I document everything, and I adapt to any model or framework the team already uses.
Experience
Founder & AI Architect at NeuroLabs Inc. (2025-01 – Present)
- Designed a modular AI content-transformation engine that generates multilingual cognitive tasks in seconds
- Built prompt-driven pipelines for unscramble tasks, slide puzzles, voice-based correction, and multilingual switching
- Created evaluation frameworks measuring comprehension accuracy, processing speed, hesitation patterns, and error-recovery
- Implemented speech-recognition alignment using Levenshtein distance combined with AI grammar feedback
- Led 8 graduate interns on model testing, data validation, and UX research
- Worked with institutional partners — SWLSB and Groupe 3737 — on deployments requiring safety, reliability, and multilingual accuracy
Senior Math Reviewer at Outlier.ai (2022-01 – 2024-12)
- Trained frontier LLMs — ChatGPT and Gemini — on mathematical reasoning and structured problem-solving
- Designed evaluation rubrics covering correctness, reasoning chains, and hallucination detection
- Ran iterative prompt refinement and failure-mode analysis for production-grade tasks
Founder & Lead Instructor — Independent Mathematics Preparation at Qin Academy (2008-01 – 2022-12)
- Founded and operated an independent university-level mathematics preparation academy in Montréal for 14 years
- Designed structured evaluation methods for student performance, comprehension, and problem-solving
