My education is best on organize and impliment program for children between the age of infancy and 12 years. My job to to provide care fo children and quidance, as wel as provide safe environment and reposible for their safety, i have learn by years working that comunication, is important, as well as problem solving, and patience and leadership is big key in order to work as ece. Although u have to care about children and have skills qualities, just because I am working in school as well as daycare, it give me more work skill expriance.

Currently working in school and haven more than five years in daycare field. I am qualified and designed to support children developmental, and recoqnize my platform to be effective, gather resources, identify problems and give children strong start for school. I my opinion better education give children better skills. So I am always humbl to resourcefu and show best improve in my workplace.
