Over the past 10 plus years, I’ve led the end-to-end design and migration of 10,000 users from an on-prem UC environment to Webex Calling (MT), while also maintaining and upgrading critical Cisco UC components including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Expressway, and CER. My work has spanned across both legacy telephony systems and next-generation Webex Cloud Calling, giving me a well-rounded understanding of hybrid voice infrastructures.
