I am a Principal Project Director and Civil Engineering Technician with over five years of experience leading residential construction projects in Toronto. I combine hands-on site coordination with strong skills in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS to turn blueprints and technical requirements into high-quality, on-time work. I also use modern AI tools to streamline documentation, estimating, and reporting so projects run more efficiently and profitably.

With a background in both civil technology and business management, I bring a rare mix of technical depth, financial insight, and clear, client-focused communication to every role I take on.

I led Civion Build as Principal Project Director and Civil Engineering Technician from 2019 to 2025, focusing on the technical delivery of residential projects. I translated blueprints and design requirements into constructible plans, supervised structural compliance and quality on site, and coordinated trades to ensure work matched engineering specifications and building codes. I also used tools like Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel to support estimating, scheduling, and cost forecasting.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Representative at Cash Money from 2017 to 2019, I worked with financial systems and transaction data, strengthening my attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation discipline—skills I now apply to engineering workflows, reporting, and project controls.

I completed my Civil Engineering Technician diploma at Seneca Polytechnic, where I built a strong foundation in design, construction methods, and technical drawing. I also earned a Construction Technology Certificate from York Construction Academy, which deepened my practical understanding of building systems and site operations.

In addition, I completed an AI Management & Productivity program with GrowthSchool, where I learned to use modern AI tools to automate engineering workflows, documentation, and analysis. Earlier in my journey, I earned a Bachelor in Economics & Business Management from Amity University, along with training in ISO Quality & Risk Management, research methods at Swinburne University, and entrepreneurship at Babson College—giving me a solid blend of technical, business, and innovation skills.
