Motivated, passionate and self starter. Began my bakery/restaurant business in 2010 and operated it successfully for 15 years. My business grew from just myself to employing 25 people at it's peak prior to COVID.
I started out as a the sole owner, baker, dishwasher and business person. As my business grew I learned business principles, how to be a boss and manage our books.

Cocoabeans moved from retail to include manufacturing in 2022. Our products were found in Sobeys, Safeway, Red River Co-op, retail markets and cafe's around Manitoba.
Entrepreneur with 15 years of business experience from start-up to $1M in sales. Oversaw a staff of 25 people and grew the business beyond just our own bricks and mortar to include grocery and market stores in Manitoba.
