Beza Bekele

Ms. Beza Bekele has over 17 years of experience in design, construction supervision of civil Engineering works. She has been working in construction safety and health since 2021. Her responsibilities include providing occasional safety and health training as well as short term consultancy services for stakeholders in the construction sector.

Moreover, she has been involved in raising awareness program about construction safety and health through TV and Radio shows for 4 years. She is an Ethiopian construction safety and health expert and has extensive experience in her field. She has joined a local contractor as a safety consultant.

In this role, she has performed several key duties, including conducting risk assessment, implementing safety policies and procedures, delivering safety training, investigating incidents conducting safety audit and inspections and managing documentation and reporting. Her goal has been to minimize workplace injuries and foster a safety focused culture that protects employees and the organization as a whole.
