• Exceptional knowledge in all phases of mechanical engineering, HVAC, metrology, Material science, electrical & electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics etc. 
• 5+ years of experience in building operation & maintenance.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing building systems including fire alarms, sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, irrigation, and electrical systems to ensure operations of equipment is within design capabilities.
• Ability to assign housekeeping and laundry tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met. 
• Ability to utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, heating, and cooling. 
• Ability to respond to emergencies calmly and responsively.
• Good knowledge of using power tools and hands tools (have my own hands & power tools).
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors during different weather conditions.
• Willingness to advance knowledge and experience through continuous studies and training. 
• Ability to carry and climb a ladder, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Energetic, loyal, and self-motivated Team player & flexible to work well under tight schedules in fast-paced retail environment with exceptional customer service skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in science and technology – Tribhuvan University, Nepal
• WHIMS Training
